Michelle was licensed to sell insurance products and investments in the state of PA for 11 years and was formerly a Registered Representative of the National Association of Securities Dealers, NASD. Brad has spent the last 9 years actively selling real estate in the Columbia and Luzerne County areas. He is a qualified full time agent with specialized skills in marketing and computer technology. Prior to working in the real estate industry he worked in the automotive industry as an exotic car salesperson. This position also taught him expert sales and marketing skills.
He has an associates degree in Information Systems Technology and has graduated from a technical school for plumping, heating and air conditioning. He has spent many years in the construction industry and has a well rounded knowledge of home construction and renovation. He is also active in the purchase, renovation and liquidation of distressed real estate.
Brad’s endeavors also include the purchase of investment properties and purchase of commercial properties in the Columbia and Luzerne County areas. Whether you are buying or selling, Brad can provide the guidance you need due to his level of experience in sales and the real estate industry.
In his early years, Phil has hiked the Appalachian Trail, was educated at the Philadelphia Art Institute and served his country in the Army Reserves.
Phil has been in construction for more than a quarter century which provides him a vast knowledge of home building and remodeling. He has purchased, remodeled and flipped numerous houses. He specializes in designer and stamped concrete such as sidewalks, driveways, and pools. He excelled in his work and was a self-employed concrete designer bidding and selling his beautiful workmanship for a great many years and has a true knowledge of every aspect the construction world.
